We are looking for a passionate and energetic individual who will innovate and elevate standards in childcare and education.To succeed in this Early Years Practitioner position, you will: Possess a minimum Level 3 qualification in Education, Childcare, Early Years, or Teaching and Learning.Have previous experience working in a nursery setting or be enrolled in a childcare-related course.Demonstrate a solid understanding of the EYFS Curriculum.Maintain enthusiasm and a positive attitude.Show a genuine passion for working with children.Ensure a safe and healthy environment following safeguarding procedures.Implement innovative and resourceful teaching methods.
