We are looking for a passionate and driven individual to lead a well-established Nursing Home that specialises in high-quality Dementia care, residential care, and nursing support.About the RoleAs the Nursing Home Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership, compliance, and performance of the Nursing Home. You will ensure the delivery of exceptional care standards, particularly focusing on person-centred Dementia care, while supporting residents, families, and staff.Your duties will include:Leading and managing all aspects of the Nursing Home. Delivering outstanding Dementia care and nursing provision. Ensuring compliance with CQC and regulatory standards. Driving quality improvement and maintaining excellent care ratings. Supporting, mentoring, and developing a strong care team. Building strong relationships with residents, families, and the wider community in Wigan.About YouWe are seeking a compassionate, dedicated, and experienced Nursing Home Manager who has a proven track record in running a successful Nursing Home.Essential skills and experience: Previous experience as a Nursing Home Manager. Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance. Demonstrable experience in Dementia care and elderly care services. Excellent leadership and communication skills.
