Job DescriptionWorking as part of a small team, the HRBP will serve as a generalist and primary advisor to Technology, Risk and Compliance, Legal and Company Secretary functions. Acting as a trusted advisor the HRBP will support delivery of HR initiatives that drive the people strategy that supports the Company overall Vision, Values, and regulatory responsibilities.Build trusted relationships across all levels of the company to enable a high-performance culture and effective leadershipPartner with senior leaders to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that support business objectivesProvide guidance on ER issues. Advise and guide managers on employee relations matters, to mitigate risk appropriatelyCollaborate with the wider HR team to deliver key projects across DEI, wellbeing and engagement.Coach and influence managers on all aspects of the employee lifecycle, supporting them through cyclical activities including performance calibration, compensation and recruitment decisionsSupport the recruitment processes to ensure the right hires are made in a timely and fair manner.Partner with key stakeholders to foster a culture of trust and transparency.Guide managers through complex employees’ challenges, including performance, restructuring, or operating model transformationLead initiatives to improve change management and team effectiveness
