Driver Hire Romford is currently recruiting for a Class 2 HGV Night Driver to work with a well-established company based in Dagenham. This is an ongoing position, ideal for drivers seeking consistent night work in a reputable logistics environment. Job Specification: You will be joining a leading, independent UK distributor and representing their brand in a professional and customer-focused manner. As a Class 2 Night Driver, you will be responsible for the safe and timely transportation of goods throughout the local region, including Central London. Start Time: 7:30 PM (19:30) Shifts: Sunday to Friday Location: Dagenham Multidrop Deliveries London routes included Building strong relationships with customers and internal teams Upholding high standards of health and safety at all times What You Need: A current and valid Class 2 (Cat C) Licence Minimum 2 years of HGV driving experience Up-to-date CPC and Digital Tachograph Card Clean UK driving licence (minor points may be considered) Solid knowledge of the London and Essex regions Good communication and customer service skills Own transport to commute to and from Dagenham Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Pay & Benefits: £18.00 per hour Guaranteed 8 hours’ pay per shift Opportunity to work with a respected name in the logistics industry Ongoing work with potential for career progression Supportive team and professional working environment Driver Hire is the UK’s largest specialist transport and logistics recruitment company.
