Civils Site Agent Location: West Dublin The Package: €80,000 – €85,000 + Vehicle + Fuel + Matched Pension. Project: Civil Engineering Framework Company: Civil Engineering Main Contractor Overview: A leading Civil Engineering Main Contractor is seeking an experienced Civils Site Agent with 10+ years’ experience to join their team. You will play a key role on a recently awarded Civil Engineering Framework, managing key sections of work across West Dublin. This is a unique opportunity to take a senior leadership role on a long-term, high-profile infrastructure programme. You’ll be working across complex civils and building elements, design & build coordination, and planning, while managing a strong team of engineers and foremen. Based between the West Dublin office and sites, this role offers both variety and stability, with the chance to make a lasting impact on one of Ireland’s most significant civils programmes. Key Responsibilities: Leading and managing sections of civils and general building works across the Infrastructure Framework.Coordinating design and build activities, ensuring efficient integration of project elements.Overseeing planning, programming, and costing of works.Managing and mentoring a team of engineers, foremen, and subcontractors. Requirements: Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.Minimum 10 years’ experience on civil engineering projects in Ireland.Proven track record of managing large-scale civils/infrastructure works.Strong leadership and team management skills. The Package: Salary will be DOE, but you can expect somewhere between €80,000 – €85,000 + Vehicle + Fuel + Matched Pension.
