This role is all about helping children with additional needs feel understood, supported, and ready to succeed in their learning. What you’ll be doing: Providing 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEND, including autism, ADHD, and SEMH needs Working closely with class teachers, SENCOs, and therapists to create an inclusive learning environment Helping children develop confidence, resilience, and independence Using patience, positivity, and empathy to turn challenges into progress What we’re looking for: Experience supporting children or young people with SEND (school, care, or youth settings) A calm, resilient approach when managing challenges Strong teamwork and communication skills A genuine passion for helping every child reach their potential Why join Protocol Education?
