Job Title: EYFS Teaching Assistant Location: NN11 Hours: Full-time, 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM Start Date: 2nd SeptemberAbout the Role: We are looking for a passionate and skilled EYFS Teaching Assistant to join our early years team. This full-time role involves supporting young children in their learning and development, ensuring they have a positive and enriching start to their education.Key Responsibilities: Support the delivery of the EYFS curriculum through engaging activities and play-based learning Assist with planning and preparing resources that meet children’s individual needs Provide one-to-one and group support to children to promote learning and development Monitor children’s progress and contribute to assessment and reporting Maintain a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment Requirements: Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum Experience working with young children in an educational setting preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills A caring and patient approach to supporting children’s learning and development Why Join Us?
