About the Role:This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of students with complex learning needs, including autism, communication difficulties, and physical disabilities. You’ll work closely with teachers and therapists to support pupils in their daily routines, both in and out of the classroom.Key Responsibilities: Providing 1:1 and small group support to pupils with SENAssisting with the delivery of tailored learning programmesSupporting students with personal care needs (including toileting and feeding)Encouraging independence and promoting positive behaviourWorking collaboratively with the wider staff team and families Requirements: Experience working with children or young people with SEN (in a school, care, or support setting)Comfortable and confident in supporting personal careA patient, nurturing, and resilient approach to working with vulnerable studentsEnhanced Child only DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply)Availability for full-time work, Monday to Friday, term-time only Why Work with Teaching Personnel?
