Primary Supply Teacher - Witney, OxfordshireMonarch Education Monarch Education is currently recruiting Primary Supply Teachers to work across our partner schools in Witney, Oxfordshire. Role Overview:You'll provide lesson cover across EYFS to KS2, with the option to focus on your preferred age range. Whether you're seeking short-term supply or longer-term placements, we offer roles that suit your availability and career goals. Responsibilities:As a supply teacher, your key duties will include: Delivering pre-prepared lessons or planning engaging lessons when required Managing classroom behaviour and creating a positive learning environment Adapting teaching to meet the needs of different learners Ensuring safeguarding and welfare of all pupils Liaising with school staff to ensure continuity and support Providing feedback on pupil progress where appropriate Requirements:To be considered for this role, you will need: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent Experience teaching in UK primary schools (EYFS, KS1 or KS2) Strong classroom management skills A flexible and proactive approach to teaching A valid DBS check (or willingness to obtain one) Excellent communication and organisational skills Pay Rates: £155 to £175 per day for daily supply cover Paid to scale for longer-term roles Why Work with Monarch Education?
