PFI General Manager – London (Home-Based) Salary: £90,000 + Excellent BenefitsWe are seeking an experienced PFI General Manager to take ownership of a high-profile multi sight contract in London. This is a home-based role with flexibility, offering the opportunity to lead and influence the strategic and operational management of a complex PFI portfolio.The Role As PFI Asset Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring contractual compliance and effective delivery across all aspects of the Project Agreement. You will oversee lifecycle planning, contractual risk management, and performance monitoring, ensuring value for money and long-term asset sustainability.Key responsibilities include: Managing contractual obligations under the PFI Project Agreement and associated documents Leading on lifecycle management and value-for-money principles for expenditure Overseeing performance monitoring regimes across Hard and Soft FM services Building strong relationships with stakeholders, including Project Company Boards, funders, service providers, and public sector bodies Providing commercial, contractual, and risk management advice at senior level Driving continuous improvement and identifying opportunities for optimisation About You We’re looking for a proven PFI professional with strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills. You will bring a track record of successfully managing complex Project Agreements and performance frameworks, ideally within PFI/PPP or similar contractual environments.Essential experience includes: Significant PFI project management or asset management experience Strong knowledge of lifecycle planning and expenditure management Excellent stakeholder engagement skills at senior level Ability to interpret, manage, and resolve complex contractual and compliance issues Leadership and team management experience What’s on Offer Salary of £90,000 Excellent benefits package Home-based working with flexibility The chance to take ownership of a key London contract and influence long-term performance
