As a natural leader, you will guide and inspire the nursing team, implementing a progressive clinical culture and championing the development of nurse clinics and consultations. Your ability to coach, influence, and motivate others will be key to maintaining excellence across all areas of the practice.Day-to-day responsibilities will include supporting surgeries and procedures, overseeing admissions and discharges, managing patient monitoring and care, and promoting nurse-led appointments and Schedule 3 surgeries.
