Job Title: Roofer (Full-Time)Salary: £2,400 - £3,200/month (pre-tax) + Height Allowance + Weather Resistance BonusLocation: Project SitesAs the first contact for rooftop solar systems, your professional assessment and installation will directly determine clients' trust in clean energy and long-term project stability.Key Responsibilities:✔ Assess roof structural load-bearing capacity and waterproofing performance✔ Install PV modules with waterproof sealing✔ Comply with rooftop work safety standards (EN 13374)✔ Collaborate with design teams to optimize module layoutsRequirements:✔ 2+ years of roofing installation experience; valid CPCS Card required✔ Familiar with construction techniques for various roof materials (tile/metal/flat)✔ Fluent English communication (C1 level), adaptable to working at heights✔ Waterproofing engineering experience preferred
