Key Responsibilities: Work on technical design aspects of large-scale residential projects Collaborate with project teams to ensure excellence in design and execution Utilise AutoCAD to create high-quality technical drawings Contribute to the development of project documentation and presentations Architectural Technician Requirements: A degree, HNC, ONC, or equivalent architectural qualification Demonstrable experience in technical design for large-scale residential projects High proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit, Photoshop, and InDesign is a plus Familiarity with UK Building Regulations Excellent written and communication skills Salary and Benefits:The successful Architectural Technician can expect a competitive salary in the region of £30k to £35k commensurate with experience.
