We’re proud to support some of the biggest names in aviation – and we’re growing fast.We’re now looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our internal team based in Warrington. This is a fast-paced and rewarding role where you’ll focus on attracting top talent, delivering a standout candidate experience, and ensuring every placement contributes to our clients' success.If you’re a natural problem solver who thrives under pressure, takes ownership of your work and enjoys being part of a high-performing team – we’d love to hear from you.What’s on offer: £28,000–£30,000 per annum Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm 1 weekend shift every 8 weeks (you’ll get 2 weekdays off that week) 29 days holiday per year (including bank holidays) Free on-site parking Cycle to Work Scheme Regular incentives and team rewards Long-term progression opportunities What you’ll be doing: Source, attract and engage candidates using a variety of recruitment channels Ensure all recruitment activity complies with CAA regulations, client requirements and industry standards Meet and exceed your placement targets while actively supporting the wider team Guide candidates through their journey – from first contact to induction and beyond Build strong talent pipelines to meet client demand across multiple sites Work closely with our referencing and onboarding teams to ensure a smooth recruitment experience Lead on onboarding processes – from booking assessments and e-learning, to supporting day-one check-ins Maintain accurate candidate records and keep recruitment systems up to date Communicate regularly with placed candidates to support retention What we’re looking for: Someone who’s proactive and confident solving problems before they escalate A team player who supports colleagues and contributes to shared success Someone who takes real ownership of their work and delivers on their commitments Commercial awareness – you understand how great recruitment drives client performance Excellent communication and organisational skills Someone who’s happy working independently and using their own initiative Previous recruitment or resourcing experience is preferred Our values:Rise to the Occasion, Make a Difference, Appreciate Each Other and Win Together.
