Job DescriptionThis is an exciting opportunity for a hardworking, self-motivated and confident person to join our media team. We pride ourselves on our strong long-term relationships with clients and this is a key role to support the media team with media planning buying and implementation, to help maintain and grow our clients. Your role as a Media Co-ordinator will be to assist the team with multi-channel campaigns for their pharmaceutical clients, this will include: Responsibilities:Working closely with Media team and other internal departments to help with schedule implementation and ensure the media plan runs smoothly and deadlines are reachedTo support our Production manager to implement media schedules and liaise with our internal Adops teamMonitoring campaigns to ensure they are running correctlyDay-to-day contact with external companies such as publishers and creative agencies, as required.Liaising with suppliers to source media information and present back internallyAssist with preparing campaign analysis and metric reports
