Bilingual Social Media Customer Service Representative – Based in Belfast Are you passionate about social media and fluent in both Italian and English? Deliver exceptional support in a fast-paced, modern environment representing leading international brands. What You’ll Receive £12.99/hour (equivalent to £27,019.20/year) Full-time position: 40 hours per week on a 24/7 rotating schedule Key Responsibilities Deliver outstanding customer support in Italian and English, ensuring a premium experience across forums, social media, and review platforms. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues using internal tools and problem-solving skills. Customize responses to reflect brand tone with professionalism, empathy, and creativity. Monitor online platforms, escalate customer concerns, and contribute to a vibrant online community. Help build a shared knowledge base and create engaging, brand-aligned content. What We’re Looking For Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Italian (minimum B2 CEFR level) Passion for social media and customer service Strong technical aptitude and resourcefulness Attention to detail, creative writing skills, and ability to stay calm under pressure Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt Preferred Qualifications Experience with social media platforms, customer service (especially non-voice), or online communities Familiarity with virtual reality or gaming products Why Apply?
