In this role, you will oversee treatment plans, coordinate discharges, and liaise with commissioners to ensure high-quality, patient-centred care. The successful candidate will be GMC-registered, with strong leadership experience in multidisciplinary settings, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work autonomously. You must demonstrate resilience, problem-solving ability, and evidence-based practice.
