DNA Recruit are partnering with a Global Creative Agency working across Social and PR, Experiential, and Influencer Marketing, who are looking for an Account Director to join their team on a contract basis, with the possibility to move into a permanent role.Responsibilities:Develop and implement social strategies across paid, owned, and earned channels.Lead creative campaigns across Social, PR, Experiential and Marketing.Manage global accounts, ensuring seamless delivery and high client satisfaction.Oversee content creation, ensuring campaigns are innovative, on-brand, and effective.Collaborate with internal teams to provide efficient solutions in complex stakeholder environments.Track and report on campaign performance and provide insights for optimisation.Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a collaborative culture. Requirements:Must come from a leading social-first agency.Proven experience in social strategy and content execution on global accounts.Strong client management skills, able to navigate complex stakeholder environments.Creative flair and a track record of delivering innovative campaigns across channels.Commercially aware, able to maximise budgets and resources effectively.Passion for culture and social trends.Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills. Salary: £50K-£55KLocation: London/HybridReference: AW11780 This contract role is due to start in September 2025, initially running until December 2025, with the opportunity to convert to permanent.
