We're seeking a visionary Senior Designer on a 12 month FTC, with a refined eye for detail and a passion for celebrating life's standout moments through fashion. From elegant eveningwear to statement pieces for weddings, parties, and beyond, you'll lead the design direction with flair, insight, and commercial edge. If you thrive on trend innovation, customer connection, and bringing glamour to the everyday, this is your moment to shine.What you will be doing? Lead the design process, from concept development to final execution, ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality designs across various mediums Collaborate with the creative team to develop and execute compelling visual communications that align with the brand's aesthetic Stay informed about emerging fashion trends and translate them into unique and fashion-forward designs Mentor and provide creative guidance to junior designers Work closely with the product development team to ensure designs can be successfully translated into production Maintain a strong understanding of the competitive landscape and industry best practices Present designs and concepts to key stakeholders and gather feedback to drive continuous improvement What you can bring? Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role within the apparel and fashion industry Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, innovation, and a deep understanding of fashion design principles Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong attention to detail and accuracy Passion for the fashion industry and staying up to date with the latest trends What to expect from here: If we believe you could be a great fit for the role, we’ll invite you for an informal conversation via phone or Microsoft Teams with our Talent Acquisition Manager.
