Our client, a leading City-based law firm, is seeking a Compliance Administrator to join their team. You will work closely with the compliance team to ensure that the firm meets all regulatory obligations and maintains the highest standards of governance. Key Responsibilities: Assisting with the firm’s regulatory compliance procedures and ensuring they are consistently applied. Conducting regular audits and monitoring internal processes to identify and mitigate compliance risks. Supporting the maintenance of policies, procedures, and compliance records. Preparing and submitting reports to regulators and internal stakeholders as required. Acting as a first point of contact for compliance-related queries from staff and management. Managing client due diligence processes, including onboarding and ongoing checks. Monitoring anti-money laundering (AML) procedures and assisting with suspicious activity reporting. Maintaining and updating the compliance database and tracking staff training and certifications. Supporting the preparation of internal compliance training materials and sessions. Liaising with external auditors, regulators, and other professional bodies as required. Requirements: Proven compliance experience within a London-based law firm. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities. Knowledge of AML, client due diligence, and regulatory obligations within a legal environment.
