The firm have a strong reputation and are looking for a New Build Conveyancing Assistant to join their successful department in their Sheffield office. The Role You will be responsible for progressing conveyancers' caseloads day to day, including communicating with clients on their property transactions, and providing and excellent client service. Key Responsibilities Dealing with general routine new build conveyancing enquiries via email, over the phone and face to face Speaking with third parties including buyers' solicitors, estate agents, mortgage lenders, IFAs landlords and management companies Requesting money for searching Preparing initial letters to estate agents and seller's solicitors Raising enquiries About You Previous experience assisting fee earners within a residential conveyancing department Strong client care skills Excellent time management skills Driven to develop a long-term career in conveyancing What's in it for you?
