Project Quantity SurveyorWe are currently looking to recruit an experienced Estimator & Quantity Surveyor to join our construction consultancy team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to contribute to a growing business delivering high-quality services across a diverse project portfolio.Location: Based in Bridgnorth, with site visits as requiredStart date: ImmediateExperience required: Minimum 5 years in a relevant roleQualifications: HNC/HND or degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or equivalentSectors we work in include:- Residential (predominantly)- Education- Commercial- Industrial- HealthcareKey responsibilities:- Preparing detailed cost estimates and cost plans- Producing bills of quantities and tender documentation- Managing project costs throughout the lifecycle- Liaising with clients, contractors, and suppliers- Attending site visits to support delivery teamsCandidate requirements:- Proven experience in estimating and/or quantity surveying- Strong attention to detail and commercial awareness- Confident communicator with good client-facing skills- Proficient in estimating software and Microsoft Excel- Able to work independently and as part of a teamWhy join us?We are a growing and forward-thinking consultancy with a reputation for quality and professionalism.
