Collaborating with other teams to achieve this.Maintain a high standard of hygiene in accordance with health and safety, infection control standards, food hygiene legislation and St Monica Trust’s policies and procedures. Ensure room checks, communal room comfort, cleanliness, hygiene and laundry sorting.Meet residents’ unique needs and collaborate with colleagues across the care home teams.Ensure lounge areas (where applicable) are ready for use as a coffee and bar venue for residents and their visitors.
