You will be responsible for driving the strategic sales activity for the agency events, with a focus on positioning and selling niche, high-value event solutions. This role is key to growing e agencies presence within both existing and new client accountsThis is a broad role where the Event Business Development Manager will use all of their event sales skills and experience, including; Proactively unearthing new business opportunities (cold calling, networking, client meetings, show walking etc.)Working strategically to develop the pipeline of newly confirmed businessDeveloping and nurturing client relationshipsPreparing client facing proposals and pitchingProviding accurate reporting of dataWorking closely with the Director to ensure consistency in operations and serviceLiaising very closely with the Designer to ensure client briefs are metKeeping up to date with industry trends, the market and competitors The CandidateCandidates should ideally be working in a similar role as an Event Business Development Manager for either an event or production agency.
