SEN Tutor Salary: £25 - £35 Per hourJob Duties: Provide tailored support and guidance to students with special educational needs (SEN)Develop and implement individualised learning plans based on students' needsDeliver engaging lessons and activities to enhance students' academic and social developmentCollaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to ensure holistic support for studentsMonitor and assess students' progress regularly and adjust teaching strategies accordingly Required Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualificationExperience working with students with special educational needsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills Education: Bachelor's degree in Education or related fieldExperience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching or tutoring students with SENKnowledge and Skills: Understanding of SEN policies and practisesAbility to differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needsStrong organisational skills and attention to detail Preferred Qualifications: Additional training in specific SEN areas (e.g., autism, dyslexia)Experience using assistive technology to support learning Working Conditions: Part-Time hours, flexible schedulingWork in school settings or students' homesPotential for remote tutoring sessions All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
