This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to grow in their career, take on more responsibility and make a real impact on children’s early learning and development.Requirements for this role: Level 3 Childcare qualificationMinimum 2 years’ experience in an early years setting.Passionate about childcare and child development.• Strong understanding of EYFS and safeguarding. • Organised, proactive, and able to lead by example.• Excellent communication skills. Key Responsibilities Support and lead daily routines, activities, and learning opportunities in your room.Plan and implement engaging activities to support children’s development.Work closely with the management team to maintain high standards.
