Multi Trade Carpenter (x1) Location: Rushden and Surrounding Contract: 7 months Rate: Competitive Benefits: Company van and fuel card provided (work strictly within Rushden and surrounding areas) Van and Fuel Card included Negotiable on rate CIS authorised What's Involved: Complete carpentry and basic plumbing repairs in social housing properties Work to turnaround deadlines with a focus on productivity and quality Collaborate with other trades and supervisors when needed Use smartphones/tablets to track and update job progress Deliver excellent customer service to clients and residents Ensure compliance with health & safety and safeguarding policies What You'll Need: NVQ or equivalent qualification in Carpentry or Plumbing (or strong experience in the trade) Full UK driving licence (max 5 points, no bans in last 5 years) Willingness to undergo a DBS check Previous social housing experience (preferred, not essential) If this role sounds like it could be your next ideal opportunity, please respond with your up to date CV.
