Healthcare Assistant -Complex Care Location: Sutton Coldfield West Midlands Pay Rates: £15.25 - £17.00 Shift Pattern: Flexible About the Role We are seeking a dedicated and caring Healthcare Assistant to provide two-to-one support to a client in their home environment. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in someone's daily life. We are looking for carers with experience in: Patient, caring, and attentive Previous experience in complex care, brain injury, or rehabilitation preferred. Confident in supporting individuals with ABI Confident with hoisting and supporting non-mobile clients. Ability to work as part of a team, including therapists and family members.
