We are currently recruiting for a Senior Lettings Negotiator for our Estate Agency client based in Surrey Quays. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2 years experience, and ideally worked in the London market. Candidates must be a UK Resident and ideally live within a 30-minute commute of the area. You will need to hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car. Benefits: Basic £22,000 OTE £45,000 - £50,000 7.5% monthly commission £450 monthly car allowance Monday to Thursday 9am - 7pm, Friday 9am - 6pm, every other Saturday 10am - 4pm (with a day back in lieu) 5 day working week Parking permit supplied Responsibilities: Ability to identify appropriate properties for clients and vice/versa Good working knowledge of inventory Speaking with potential tenants Building relationships Generating leads Provide advice Turn initial enquiries into actual business Facilitate the progression of tenancies Generate valuations Conduct lettings valuations Register tenants Conduct viewings Negotiate offers Progress transactions through to move-in Ensure regulatory compliance is adhered to Key Skills: Minimum 2 years' experience with ideally valuing and experience working in the London market Team player Well-presented and articulate Professional telephone manner Enjoys dealing with customers face to face as well as over the phone Exceptional customer-service skills Ambitious and target driven Natural selling ability Must hold full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car Additional Company Information: Our client is a well-established estate agency that has built its success on trust, honesty, and genuine local knowledge, who takes pride in offering a refreshingly down-to-earth approach, guiding clients with care and making every move personal.
