My client in Greater London is looking to appoint a talented Mosaic Social Care System Trainer on a Contract basis. The role will help to train and upskill the current team at the Council in their use of the Mosaic Social Care System. About the role: Based in Greater London (hybrid - flexible): Identify the training requirements for users of the Mosaic system at the Council. Plan and deliver effective training workshops for a variety of users, including Social Workers, administrators, managers and service leads. Write and develop training materials. Explore the systems modules, features, and functionality, ensuring it is intuitive and meets the practical needs of frontline social workers. About you: You will have the following experiences: Extensive experience as a Mosaic Social Care systems trainer, ideally in a Local Authority context. Deep experience in developing training materials, holding workshops and upskilling front line workers in the use of Mosaic.
