As an Associate Director you will be part of the Real Estate Tax team that is undergoing significant growth with Real Estate being a strategic focus sector for the firm.If you have specific experience in Real Estate and would thrive in a dynamic and entrepreneurial working environment this role could work for you. Candidates should have excellent technical skills that they can apply in both an advisory and compliance capacity, and strong client/project management skills to support senior team members with delivering advice and growing client accounts.As Real Estate Tax, Associate Director, your responsibilities will include among othersManage your own portfolio of clients, working with Partners/Directors (or alone) on complex tax consultancy projects & tax compliance assignments for a range of clients across the real estate sector.Lead transactional work and manage the delivery of tax structuring and due diligence assignments in connection with client M&A activity, including the co-ordination of work from specialist teams.Supporting the Partner/Director team with business development for existing, new, and prospective clients and provide support to your colleagues on chargeable and non-chargeable work when requiredMentor and develop junior staff through delegation and on the job training, appraisals/monitor staff performance including acting as a Line Manager
