This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering innovative, high-profile projects across Warwickshire. Role: Commercial Projects Solicitor Location: Warwickshire – hybrid Contract Length: 3 months ongoingUmbrella Rate: £45-£50phPAYE Inc. Hol. Rate: £39.72 - £44.06ph What you’ll be doing:Advising on a wide range of commercial, contractual and procurement matters.Drafting, reviewing and negotiating complex contracts and agreements.Supporting major projects and collaborations with public and private sector partners.About you:Have 3+ years of PQE in Commercial Contracts and Procurement law ideally within the public sector.A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team.Commitment to public service values and making a positive impact in Warwickshire.Benefits: Hybrid working – office attendance would be once per week on a Monday.
