Pay rate: £17.36 per hourShifts - 10:00 - 18:00 - Guaranteed 8 hours payWe are looking for Labourer's/Operators in various locations throughout the North East for 1 days work to bolt and unbolt together parcel sorting Frames for Royal Mail.Locations and dates needed are below ( You can work just at one site as a one off or multiple if you choose)Cramlington - 29/08/2025 (1 days work)Hartlepool - 01/09/2025 (2 days work)Bishop Auckland - 03/09/2025 (2 days work)Morpeth - 05/09/2025 (1 days work)Duties:Be able to bolt and unbolt together Royal Mail sorting Frames.A Frame is approx. 5 ft height, 6 ft wide and approximately 45Kgs of steel constructionBe able to use a drill to unscrew bolts and screw bolts into Frames.Be able with the support of colleagues be able move and reposition sorting Frames.Under the direction of a Royal Mail lead, use Vinyl Wrap and Duct Tape and position onto sorting Frames.Loading and unloading of vehicles (large vans) on operations sitesPerson description:To be able to follow clear instructions.Always adhere to Safety StandardsTo be able to use a multiple of tools for example Impact Drivers, Drills and Stanley Knifes and some measuring tools.To show agility and be able to adapt to change easily with the support of the Royal Mail Lead at that time.To be physically fitBe punctual and flexibility will be required on the working days depending on the work requirements.For more information please contact Angela Sinton on 0191 255 7977 or email angela.sinton@pertemps.co.uk
