Their extensive blue-chip client base provides their design team with opportunities to work on high-value projects for well-known companies, offering significant potential for professional growth.The day-to-day responsibilities of this position will include managing developing projects, liaising with the Engineering team, budgeting, time management and identifying quality issues.This role will suit someone looking to take the next step in their career that has experience working within an Engineering/Technical environment that thrives when managing developing projects.The Role: Managing projects within the Power Electronics industry Working closely with the customer, factory and R&D teams, ensuring projects are completed within the agreed timescale Responsible for costs, schedules, and meeting specifications Monitoring project status, identifying quality issues, and continuous improvement Monday to Friday, office-based role with hybrid working options The Person: Experience managing Developing Projects to a high level. Engineering/Manufacturing/Electric Background Engineering Degree, HND, or similar desired. PRINCE2 or similar desired. Commutable to East Kilbride Comfortable with occasional international travel.
