Job Opportunity: Drivers Mate (Home Deliveries & Installations) Location: Thetford Salary: £12.21 - £12.38 per hour Shifts: Tuesday to Saturday, 06:45 until finish Major Recruitment is excited to partner with one of the UK's largest electronic retailers, assisting with their distribution department at the Thetford depot. We are currently seeking multiple Drivers Mates to support customer deliveries and installations of home appliances. Key Responsibilities: Assist the driver in loading the vehicle to optimise delivery routes. Help identify and navigate the safest routes to customers' premises. Unload deliveries at customer locations, adhering to health & safety and manual handling guidelines. Provide exceptional customer service to clients and their end customers. Complete required documentation accurately. Skills and Experience: Strong spoken and written English communication skills. Previous experience in customer service is highly desirable. Physically fit with the ability to perform heavy lifting tasks as required. A keen eye for detail, strong teamwork ethic, and a commitment to quality.
