Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dynamic Partner Success Manager to join our team in London, United Kingdom. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and nurturing strategic partnerships to drive mutual growth and success. As a key member of our partner success team, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our partners, ensuring their satisfaction and maximizing the value of our partnerships.Develop and execute partner success strategies to drive adoption, retention, and growthServe as the main point of contact for assigned partners, building strong relationships and addressing their needsCollaborate with partner teams to ensure seamless end customer onboarding and integrationMonitor partner performance metrics and provide regular reports and insightsIdentify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the partner ecosystemConduct regular business reviews with partners to assess performance and set goalsDevelop and deliver training programs to educate partners on our products and servicesWork closely with the sales team to support partner-driven revenue growthProactively identify and resolve partner issues to maintain high satisfaction levelsStay informed about specific product lines, industry trends and competitive landscape to provide strategic guidance to partners
