Job DescriptionAs our next Receptionist, you will be the warm, welcoming face of [Hotel Name] and the first point of contact for every guest.You will:Welcome and check-in guests with enthusiasm and professionalismHandle reservations, queries and payments efficientlyCollaborate with all hotel departments to ensure a smooth guest journeyProvide support and cover for the front office team on short noticeBring your personality to the role and make each guest interaction memorableThis is a casual contract, ideal for candidates who are flexible with shifts (including weekends and holidays) and live locally to allow for last-minute availability.You’ll be trained in all front-of-house operations and safety procedures to ensure confidence in your role. Plus, we’ll offer you a one-night stay at the hotel so you can experience our guest journey for yourself!
