What You’ll Be Doing: Helping students soar by providing high-quality support in different subjects and year groups. Teaming up with teachers to plan and deliver lessons that spark curiosity and creativity. Managing classroom behavior and creating a positive, engaging learning environment. ‍ Working one-on-one or with small groups to help students shine. Tracking progress and supporting assessments to help every student reach their full potential. Contributing to personalized learning plans that make a real impact.
