Job Title: Teaching Assistant – LambethLocation: Lambeth, London Start Date: September 2025 Contract Type: Full-time / Long-term / PermanentAbout the Role: Protocol Education is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to join schools across Lambeth. This is an exciting opportunity to support children in their learning and development while working alongside experienced teachers and staff.Key Responsibilities: Support the class teacher in delivering lessons and classroom activities Work with small groups and individual pupils to provide targeted support Assist with classroom management and maintaining a positive learning environment Support pupils with additional needs (including SEN) to access the curriculum Help prepare learning materials and resources Contribute to the wider school community and extra-curricular activities Requirements: Previous experience working with children in an educational setting (school, nursery, tutoring, youth work, etc.) Strong communication and interpersonal skills A patient, caring, and supportive approach to working with children Ability to work effectively as part of a team Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply) Safeguarding certificate (or willingness to complete training) Why Join Protocol Education?
