Our client, based in South London, is currently recruiting for a ASB Team Leader on a temporary contract that could go permanent. The temporary contract will last 3 months.The start date will be at the beginning of September. The rate for this position is £37 per hour via an Umbrella Company.The ideal candidate will have a full UK Drivers Licence and access to a car.Duties will include (but are not limited to): Leading the ASB team to deliver effective case management and achieve positive outcomesAllocating cases whilst ensuring fair distribution and complianceOverseeing high risk and complex casesBuilding strong relationships with staff and clientsEnsuring residents receive necessary support Experience required: Experience in Social HousingASB management and enforcement Skills, knowledge and expertise required: The ability to remain calm under pressureStrong understanding of social housing protocols and customer relationsPatience and capability to deal with people compassionately Working hours: 37.5 hours a weekMonday – Friday, 9 am – 5 pm Benefits: 2 days a week working from homePotential to go permanent after 3 months Please note that you require recent experience to apply for this role.James Andrews is acting as an employment agency and business in relation to this role.Don’t forget our recommendation scheme: Recommend a friend or colleague to us and receive up to £100 each once they have completed 20 days in a role via James Andrews!
