We’re seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician to take ownership of building services, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant operations across a large residential development.This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in maintaining first-class facilities for residents and staff while leading on maintenance operations, compliance, and contractor management. Job Title: Senior Maintenance Technician Salary: up to £40,000 per annum + BonusLocation: West London About the Role Lead on the operation, maintenance, and compliance of all building systems and services.Carry out proactive and reactive maintenance to minimise disruption.Supervise and coordinate contractors and junior staff, ensuring work is delivered to high standards.Monitor, inspect, and maintain mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and life safety systems.Maintain accurate service records, compliance documentation, and maintenance logs.Support long-term infrastructure upgrades, sustainability initiatives, and energy efficiency projects.Ensure compliance with all statutory and company health & safety requirements. About YouWe’re looking for someone with: Experience in building services, facilities maintenance, or engineering.Strong working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire safety systems.Proven experience managing contractors, projects, and maintenance KPIs.A relevant qualification (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent) in building services, electrical, plumbing, or HVAC.Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively under pressure.A hands-on approach with excellent communication and leadership skills.
