A well-established cost and project management consultancy are looking to add a Senior Quantity Surveyor to their team based near Brixton. This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on various projects up to £100M, from concept to completion, contributing to both pre- and post-contract duties. The Company This Quantity Surveying and Project Management practice are a hands-on and dynamic consultancy who have a drive for growth over the next year or so as they have a strong pipeline of work. Currently a team of 60 people made up of Quantity Surveyors and Project Managers across England. As a company they cover a range of sectors including Residential, Commercial, Education, Heritage, Healthcare, Leisure and Retail. Senior Quantity Surveyor Role The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be leading projects from concept to completion within the Healthcare and Education sectors within London. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will manage projects throughout their lifecycle, undertaking both pre and post-contract duties. You will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure project success and maintain a high standard of delivery.
