Customer Service Advisor working for a well known company based in Warrington - WA3. The role is to provide an excellent level of professional customer service for their customers and ensuring that they become a customer for life.We are looking for people who have previous customer service experience supporting customers with their returns journey.Excellent opportunity to become part of a new project, where ongoing enhancements and valuable team work is rewarded.First 3 weeks - Training - Monday to Friday - 9am to 5pmFollowing 2 weeks - Launchpad - Monday to Friday - 9am to 5pmWorking Hours : Monday to Friday - 8am to 8pm (8hr shift) 1 in 5 Weekend working - Saturday - 9am to 6pm / Sunday - 10am to 5pmOpportunity to potentially do home working / Hybrid role - based on performance.Role Responsibilities :Supporting customers through their journeyInbound with customers through telephony, SMS and WebChatTaking ownership and responsibility of customers queries, providing "right first time" resolution to minimise repeat queriesTo meet call quality standards Meet individual and contact centre targets based on the volume and quality of call resolutionAssessing needs and taking appropriate actionIdentifying customer pain pointsKey Requirements :Excellent clear and concise communication skillsExcellent listening skillsExcellent time management and problem solving skillsGood ability to work within a fast paced environment Knowledge of PC systems, MS Word, Excel and keyboard skillsIf this is the role for you, please upload your CV, or email your CV to michelle.alburey@pertemps.co.uk / or call 01509 213000 ask for Michelle.
