Rated ‘Good’ by Ofsted, the school offers a supportive and inclusive setting where students aged 11–16 receive the tailored support they need to succeedThe Role – Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant:As a Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant, you will support students with a range of additional needs, including autism, ADHD, SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) needs, and moderate learning difficulties. Your work will involve both 1:1 and small group support, helping students engage with the curriculum, build confidence, and overcome barriers to learning.This role is perfect for graduates in Psychology, Education, or related fields, or for individuals with experience in mentoring, youth work, or care.
