Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) Location: Near Northampton, Northamptonshire Contract: Temporary to Permanent Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:20am – 3:45pm Salary: Around £25,458 FTEThe Role We are looking for a dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a supportive junior school in a beautiful rural setting near Northampton. This is a temp-to-perm role, offering the chance to become a long-term member of the school community. You will lead whole-class or small-group teaching, assist with planning and resource preparation, monitor pupil progress, and play a key role in supporting pupils’ academic and personal development.Requirements HLTA qualification or proven equivalent classroom experience Strong behaviour management and organisational skills Ability to contribute to lesson planning and delivery Effective communicator with staff, pupils, and parents Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willing to apply) About Vision for Education Vision for Education is a market-leading education supply agency committed to supporting the development of young people.
