Master Technician Up to £55,000 per year Horsham Were looking for an experienced Mechanic Here at Kamro we have partnered up with a respected independent garage where your skills and attention to detail will be valued. About the role Within this role your experience in automotive mechanics and diagnostics will be needed. The position will involve vehicle repairs and servicing across various makes and models. Extra training would be provided to learn new skills staying up to date with the constantly changing automotive technology. Our clients are looking for an experienced Technician and someone who can oversee, pass on their knowledge & know how to the younger team. They will work alongside a very experienced senior tech and a team of three junior techs. We have two front of house one managing the workshop & the other dealing with the enquiries, quotes and admin duties. We have a clean, modern heated workshop, very well equipped & constantly updating with the latest tools. Working hours Monday to Friday: 8:30am 6:00pmNo weekend work Key duties Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues across a variety of vehiclesPerform routine servicing, inspections, and MOT preparation workComplete repair work to manufacturer standards with accuracy and careUse diagnostic tools and workshop equipment confidentlySupport Junior staff Key requirements Proven experience in a similar workshop environmentStrong fault-finding and diagnostic skillsConfident working independently as well as part of a small teamFull UK driving licenceCommitment to delivering quality workmanship and great customer service If interested in the position and would like to find out more please apply or contact Kamro and ask for Adam!!
