Pre-Construction Senior Technical Manager - Remote - £400-£450/day We're looking for a Pre-Construction Senior Technical Manager to join a leading developer, focusing on early-stage housebuilding projects. This is a remote contract role starting full-time before transitioning into part-time after the first few weeks. You'll oversee projects from inception through to completion, with responsibility for technical compliance, utilities, drainage, warranties and ensuring developments meet NHBC and building regulations standards. The role offers the chance to guide schemes from the ground up, providing technical leadership and safeguarding quality from day one.
