Senior Estimator - Stonework & High-End Interiors We're seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to join a leading company delivering luxury stonework and interior projects across residential and commercial sectors. What you'll do:
Prepare accurate estimates from drawings/CAD
Price projects including worktops, bathrooms, vanities & bespoke stonework
Manage take-offs, procurement, and tender submissions
Build strong relationships with suppliers and clients
Use estimating software (CostX, Bluebeam or similar)
What we're looking for:
Proven experience in estimating (stonework, interiors, joinery, or construction)
Strong knowledge of stone, quartz & solid surfaces
Confident with CAD & estimating software
Excellent negotiation and attention to detail
