The Role: In this rewarding role, you’ll be supporting children in EYFS, KS1, and KS2 who have special educational needs such as: Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) ADHD Speech, language, and communication challenges Emotional regulation and behavioural needs Your day-to-day responsibilities may include: One-to-one and small group support Implementing tailored learning and behaviour strategies Encouraging confidence, independence, and positive relationships Supporting classroom activities, transitions, and routines Whether you’re stepping into different schools each day or embedding yourself in a long-term role, your impact will be felt.
