This role will involve supporting teaching and learning across KS1, delivering interventions, and covering classes in the absence of the teacher.The successful candidate will: Support and lead learning activities under the guidance of the class teacher. Deliver planned lessons and cover classes when required. Work with small groups and individuals to raise attainment and engagement. Provide targeted support to pupils with additional needs, ensuring inclusive practice. Help maintain a positive, safe and stimulating learning environment.
